Our mission is to get you ready to thrive in the wilderness of work. Are you just graduating from college and scared to death to walk into a corporate meeting? Are you a millennial who has the passion and the drive to "run things," but feel "stuck"? Are you an industry professional who wants more problem solving tools and techniques, or an employer who can't understand why your team just isn't that excited? We get it. 

This is you

College graduate and new to the corporate wilderness: Get prepared before you start. We will teach you how interact in a meeting and how to lead one, how to get "buy in" from your coworkers and how to own and run action items. You will use improv to act out your worst nightmare,  laugh about it, and have fun. We've got your back and we love your enthusiasm. 

Millennials and go getters: You've been around for a while and you are a leader. You run meetings, you vacation with the vice president and you have a director title behind your name, but something is missing. We will take you to the next level: managing your organization. We will teach you how to see reorgs coming before they start and how to get your teams through change. You also need to know how to network with other groups and leaders and how to communicate to a broader audience. We will give you a brand spankin' new toolkit to make a bigger impact and get to the next level. 

Industry professional who wants more problem solving tools and techniques: Regardless of your career level, you could use some management consulting techniques. We want to show you how to identify a problem, conduct a "gap analysis", and come up with a strategy for a better future. We want you to be the bridge between leaders who need to work together. Develop that strategic roadmap and manage the implementation. Consulting is tough and it isn't for the faint of heart, but we have a proven step by step methodology just for you! 

Leaders who need to train their people, but don’t have the resources: We can help. We can work with you to create a training strategy. We can train your teams directly, train a trainer, or create eLearning packages that you publish for your people. Everything is customizable and we are excited to help! We've been there, done that for insurance, technology, and manufacturing companies. 

Leaders who need "it" fixed: We can come in and fix your problem, but we want you to give us a dedicated resource we can train and mentor: someone on your team who will support you when we leave. We will take a "learn by doing" approach to your problem and train your best resources to do what we do: fix "it," launch a new product, create a training strategy, and solve that nagging problem you face.

What We Do

Training: You wouldn't venture into the wilderness without the proper gear, map, and preparation. Why would you venture into the business world without the skills you need for success? We have a five step methodology and can tailor anything to fit your needs. 

"Consultant in Residence" Management Consulting: We can fix your gaps, manage  your projects, build a strategic roadmap, and guide you through change. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we don't want to fix the same problems over and over. We want to train your team to think like a consultant and take over as an internal consultant when we leave. Our "Consultant in Residence" approach is about learning by doing. Your team member will be with us during every part of the problem solving process.
